first time grower needs some help

hi all im needing some help my plants arent looking too good and i dont know whats wrong with them they are growing under a 250 watt cfl and grown in soil with bio grow nutes dont know why the one above leaves are flopping they are damp and are watered every 2 or 3 days as neededthis plants bottom leaves have went light green with brown crispy bits the same on this one
and the leaves on that one have just curled under i dont know what to do any help would be much appreciated

whats your temp??and are you watering enough to get atleast a bit of runoff in the bottom?

Whats is your low temp and your high temp in a 24hr period.
Are you using a fan to circulate air around your plants? If not you might be looking at Blight or Foliar Spots?

ph maybe, circulation of course should me mandatory try not to overwater them

The last pic where you have a clawing issue is probably over watering or soil is compacted, either way not much air to the roots.
