First time grower/poster

Your all good, don't feed it yet! It will be good for around 2 weeks to month depending on the soil you have it in. Don't over water it.

Ya just got worried I over watered I think. K cool haven't done any nutrients just still just soil, using fox farm soil too. Just doing a tester grow before I have my Herbies Seeds. Have about 120 W for just the one. Wanted to make sure wasn't burning it or over/under watering. Thanks for such quick reply guys! Ill keep u all updated with new pictures as I go

sweet dude I used Herbies for a wardrobe grow I did a while back :P, What strain is your plant? when watering make sure to let the soil dry out man this lets the roots get oxygen which is needed for growth, and when your roots are poking though the bottom of that pot she needs transplanting :) Look forward to the updates man :peace:

Breaking Bad huh? I've not used FF yet but I hear you should not give them nutes for 3-4 weeks in that soil!! Good luck!!

Mine look about the same in dwc it is normal for the cotyledons to curl if the true leaves start to wilt then its overwatered those are looking healthy just no nutes till they show signs of deficiency makes me want to switch to soil seems simpler than hydro great job :)

I'm no pro but imo It depends on how much light you are giving them. If you are using any hid light over 250W you will be fine with 18/6 anything else is not benefiting them much. They need time to rest for the next day if you are using cfls then 24/0 might be necessary if they begin to stretch. With hid 18/6 will save you some money and cool them down more when lights go out.

I suggest you do lots of research...Plenty of great advise to be found on this site! I'm currently trying to finish my first grow and can't really advise you on what nutes to use. I put mine in MG soil and then burned them when I started adding nutes because they're was already too many in the soil!! Newbie mistake to the FULLEST!! But I can tell you with confidence that "less is more"
Best of luck on your grow!!
And don't forget to tune in tomorrow night for the beginning of the end of the GREATEST show EVER..."That's church yo!"

Keep them on 18/6 I'd say man this will, as said above give your bulbs time to cool down a little and any residual stagnant air would also have the chance to be blown out and away from your room, I'd suggest leaving a vent open for an hour or so after the lights turn off to allow this to happen. As for nutrients it all depends on your medium, the water you are using to feed is it hard or soft and also your budget I'll be using Canna Terra Vega, Flora, Boost, PK 13/14, Cannazym, Rhizotonic, Canna Start (Which I'm not using), and Canna Flush. I'm only using these because I'm using the Canna Terra Pro + soil, 100% organic materials. soft water has very few minerals and a low PPM within it whereas hard water has more minerals and a higher PPM, the PPM is mainly for Hydro growers but can be utilised and monitored with a soil grow. the Minerals in the water tend to be things like: Lime, chalk, small particles of dust etc. and mostly Calcium and magnesium. you can make hard water softer by boiling it but if you go with soft water I'd suggest purchasing some Cal Mag or a similar product. :peace:

I haven't used my nutes yet so couldn't comment on how they perform. I do know however that how much a plant can tolerate increases with the age of a plant and also differs between strains and even phenotypes so it's best to start on a minimal regime while you gauge what your girls need. Sorry I couldn't give you a definitive answer but you'll find no one can or is willing to as far as nutrients go as there are far to many variables to pick a single line or product as I said up there ^. However once you have your nutrients and maybe you need a little advice as to how to apply and how much then you'll find all the answers come flooding in I'm sure of it. Get reading up dude :P :peace:
