First time grower trying to find alternate growing methods

So I've never grown before and I want to start growing for my own personal use right now. But what I really want to do is once I learn how to grow well I want to start growing high end plants for my area. Because currently my area doesn't have any real good cannabis and I want to change that. But here's the kicker, I don't have all the money to shell out to buy good equipment to use.

I was hoping you guys could help me find a temporary alternative. I'm not looking to have a large operation just one or two plants to harvest so I can keep some for myself and sell the rest to save up for equipment. Now I know this is kind of dumb and that I should wait until I have the correct stuff but I really want to begin growing to get used to it. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Plan A: grow outdoors.
Plan B: get a job and save some money.

All you need is a few CFL's, cheap garage shop lamps, a small fan, and some soil and nutes.

Get garden soil and use ur own shit for nutes grow outside and budget can be small I couLd prob make a decent setup with 50 bucks outside I could grow for nothing easy but u want high end weed as u call it u need buy seeds of a decent strain will cost money

I grew like 12oz dry 4 plants my setup was a 400whps old ballast bOx and I did a scrog I also got about 2 gram of bubble hash I brought light from friend for 50 dollars cost me 22 dollars for the nutes dutchmasters grow and flower 1 litre

Don't use soil from ur garden. But u can buy MG Organic Choice. I used it and it works fine. Additionally u will need some lime and some Epsom salts. That's it for soil. Go with floros. They produce nice buds. A small fan and even peters or MG fertilizer works
