first time grower

it's my first time growing and i have limited space i know i can top the plant but i also heard you can start the plant 12 light 12 dark as soon as your seed turns to plant is this true and if so what can i expect

You can 12/12 from the start if yield is of no concern.

Most growers do 4-5 weeks of veg followed by 8-9 weeks of flower.

how much yield can i expect i know it varies just a ball park estimate

Unless ur pro, you get much lower yields IMO

Try LST (Low stress training) makes the plant grow whatever direction you want.

I veged mine for 3 weeks and then did 12/12. shes about 3 ft including pot.

Depends on the strain really, I've seen from 6 grams (mid seeds, but actually looked pretty good!) to about an ounce and a quarter(If I remember correctly, it was Northern Lights) a plant in only 10 1/2 weeks too!!

read the above thread as i asked this a long time ago.
i thought about it then decided it was not the way to go unless you have lots of plants so i never done it as i dont want small yeilds or any hermies.............................

LUDACRIS grows for big harvests. its not worth the hassle to 12/12 and yeild a 1/4oz per plant.

It's the perfect method for a grower like me though, as I am not interested in huge yields because all I want is some personal stash the quickest possible way, and if that means a quarter in 11 weeks that sounds good to me!!
