those are lloking great. Some of those top colas are going to get HUGE. Don't worry mine didn't really thicken up until around day 56 on. That's when they filled in and started swelling outwards, yours will fill out alot.
thanks buddy,ye im hoping the buds start to swell up now mate,6weeks today in to flowering,i think ill get 3oz dry off each plant so its not too bad for my first time,,did you foilier feed in the flowering stage with canna boost or any other product, every time my light goes out i foilier feed while there in the dark with canna boost,i put a few drops of antibactirial soap in with my mix too because it opens the pores on the leafs so the canna boost can get right in to the stems :)

I have heard nothing but bad things about foliar feeding past week 3 or so of flowering. You may want to look into that, it supposed to promote bud rot and is just plain bad in a few ways for the flowers. IMO foliar feeding is for vigorous vegetative growth and the first couple weeks of flowering. No offense I just don't wanna see your buds go wrong in any way man :bigjoint: so you can smoke these. I may be wrong but I've read it many many times to not foliar feed in flowering. Peace

well ive foilier fed alway threw flowering, canna boost is used for foilier but obviously more in your feed,i only use very small doses of the canna boost and mix a bit of antibactireal soap and a product called PMT that stops bud rot,if the buds did start to rot the pmt makes the plant bounce back and beat the rot,but like i say it hasnt done any harm so far but thanks for the info buddy

So you have just stopped nute feedings? If they haven't had at least 3-4 big water flushes where the water runs out the bottom and at least 7-8 days with no nutes your going to wanna go with this stuff... http://www.genhydro.com/genhydro_US/florakleen.html it's around 10 bux and my pot is so clean it's crazy.

Okay here's so you can learn from my mistakes.I figured out that the temp while drying is the key. The mistake I made was quick drying it too fast. The temperature was around 80-84 and it took 4 days for it to be dry enough for cure, that was a mistake, it could be smoother. The trick is to have temps around 70 degrees and make the drying take around 7-10 days. Then all you have to do is seal the bud in something airtight, keep it in the cool temps in pitch black and release and replenish air 2-4 times daily, resealing it each time. After 10 more days of curing you should a great final product, you can go longer with the cure if wanted. Hope this helps man,

Flushing is giving your plant a significantly more amount of water to flush out any nutrients left in the bud that may effect the flavor. Some say its necessary, others say its not. If you are not using organic nutes though it can't hurt. Give your plant about 2-3x your container capacity but make sure you let the soil completely dry out before you do. You can do this 2 or 3 times at the end of the flowering stage.
