Hello from Grass Valley, CA!!! So I have only done 3 grows my whole life and they have been turning out quite nice. Here is some of my GDP outdoor soil using foxfarm ocean forest in smart pots, Dr. Earth and a special microbial formulation from a company that has revolutionized that industry
.mail.jpg Their formulation has one trillion 10 to the 12th concentration of living microbes per ml, which translates into a lor more sustainability in your soil compared to something like compost teas. This stuff is awesome I reduced my feeding program by 50% percent and saw a 25% yield increase and a very noticable increase in the "frostyness" of my weed. Because of my efforts with the company I have become a distributor. I am a very novice grower and I have had amazing results with this stuff, If you would like more information dont hesitate to email me @ cofinnegan@gmail.com Anyways the point of this post is I have only grown this particular GDP from a 2nd generation clone gift from an old timer on the ridge that I made a mother. Due to market demands changing and a desire to conquer new strains I would like to try some new strains. I recently ordered some red diesel from barneys farm, Afghan Kush from world, Sour OG from Reserve privada, SLH from greenhouse and a couple more I can't recall. My question is basic i'm sure....but here it is. I ordered all femmed seeds in packs of 5. I want to clone these seeds in order to increase my outdoor production,, How do I pick a mother out of the 5 seeds per pack, is it just simpily pick the one who has the vigourous growth and declare it as the mother?? I have a feeling it is more complex than that. If someone can post a "how to" on picking the champion mother out of the pack please help. Thank you for your time

Clone Everything.
Take note of growth/flowering times of all plants.
Finish,dry,cure smoke.
Choose what pheno suits your setup/pallate/finishing time etc.
Use whichever meets most of your needs.

No expert...Just how I do it.

yeah, thats pretty simple. Common sense really. It just means I have to set up an indoor garden and flower everything out. To be honest I don't think I am willing to do that. A setting where space equals money makes it difficult to just sacrifice on a season that comes just once a year. I guess what I was getting at is the question: Are all the seeds going to be generally good or generally the same? Are they going to produce quality clones? Or do you need to find that one super plant? I know it is variant on what I want or need in my specific region, but say I did my research on that already and that is why I picked that strain. How many variations can there be in that feminized seed pack? Thanks again
