you can get the 4 bulb fixture ant the thrift store for 1 buck the bulbs are 13 watt cheep o from lowes comes in a 6 pk and daylight 23w. box has 25000 lumins in 24x32 box

top shelf is for germinating top and bottom are thermostat ran with each section having there own.. fans are out of my neighbors trash used for one of them yard x-mass inflatables
bulbs cost a bout 50 bucks 23w daylight ones kill you 10$ for 2...13w 6 for 10$

i got about 80$ in all of it the cabinete came from the habitat store for 10bucks got the thermos and relays from my ac buddy for free

Yea, your set up is not fit for growing plants. I'd either start over, or sell whatever ganj that gets me to invest back into my opperation. If you want to grow you should really think through solutions for environmental demands and location. Hopefully she'll get some life back real soon.

how long has that plant been in the budding stage? and are you bulbs hot when you touch them? and are you using plant food? and do you have a fan on them??

i started seeing buds early april. nope the bulbs are not hot at all when i touch them. for food i used the miracle gro soil with plant food in it and i adjust the PH of the water with PH drops and check it with a little strip and i keep air running through the water that i have sitting in a gallon jug so the water wont get stagnate. and yep there is a fan you just cant see it in the pic cuz its in the corner. should i be using more plant food other than whats in the soil?

If you want to better your yields and bud thinkness get some real nutes try GH flora series and use regular soil if you do cause MG soil and nutes will kill the plant

Your plants are not looking so good, it could be a number of things most likely you just need more light..
all im saying is dont expect bud but keep trying :)

yea it will help, it wont get you nice bud but it will be better then what your gonna get.
