First time growing, microgrow assistance?

Been less than 17 hours since I started germination and a seed or two has already cracked! Hell yeah

Just planted six germinated seeds! Didn't have any small pots for them so I used 9oz plastic cups with holes in the bottom.
I have a 24w CFL, 1700 lumens, a 13w CFL, 900 lumens and a 20w 24" with around 1000 lumens so far, do you think it's enough for the moment?
Here's some photos, anything I should do differently?




It looks much darker in there than it really is, it's quite bright.

How many more bulbs/lumens would you think for a good harvest? I'm only looking to grow two plants, just planted six because I'm sure some are males.

It seems what I have is enough at the moment as 4/6 plants have already sprouted above the dirt

should be ok for now id get a couple of them 42w you can get over there for flowering

Updates. I bought a six pack of 26w, 1750 lumen CFLs. Here's some photos of what the cab looks like now:





The plants are a bit yellow as you can see, they were starting to get like that before I put in the new lights so I think it's because I've been watering with molasses, next watering I'm going to stop and see if they improve.

Do you think that it's too much light for the moment? I don't want to burn them.
