what soil are you using? what are the temps and humidity? all the fun details. it looks like you may have overwaterd just by the look of how saturated the soil is. mine has been in soil since about the same time as yours and mine is much bigger20160531_151940.jpg

Well, this plant is as good as it can be in the conditions it was grown in. You have no idea what is in the top-soil, you are using MG in addition and if there is any perlite, I sure don't see it. The problem here is grower error. I am sorry to come off as harsh but if someone does not tell us the honest truth...what good is their opinion?

That being said...you want to grow weed...and if you do not do some more reading and learning and a little caring about what is happening to your plant....you may indeed grow some weed. BUT, if you have a desire to cultivate quality medicine and take some time to get educated at least in basic principals of cannabis cultivation...and YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL.

There is a wealth of knowledge to be found on the internet and no reason for anyone to be using an unknown medium, not knowing rh and ph, using a mixture of anything and miracle gro...(MG products are a whole different discussion) etc.

There are a lot of friendly folks here at RIU that are happy to help a grower get up and running. But if a grower is not willing to do some learning on their own... their plants are destined to fail.

That Ph level is right on target for cannabis...IMHO your plant is stunted due to lack of oxygen and some over feeding. You are fortunate that you have apparently not over-watered. If you had the plant would be dead. MG products have time released nutrient pellets that are water activated. Therefore every time the soil is watered the plant is fed. Only watering once a week saved this plant. If this were my grow...I would get (or make) a decent potting mix and transplant ASAP.

Then I would leave it be and do what nature wants it to do...grow and thrive. it is a living organism and needs to be cared for.

also no nutrients till the plant is bigger about 2 sets of true leaves or the leaves that are coming in are yellow. i use the general organics go box for nutrients. works good and is cheap and has everything you need in one box.

I'll second the GO Box. I ran it on my first run with sunshine advanced #4 as my medium and I was stoked with what i ended up with. I've heard FFOF is a good medium to. I would reccomend organic nute line for your first grow for sure. It is hard to burn them, and the GO Box does work great

yeah i ran only once, on my 1st grow, and I to ran it hard at the end. But it pretty much alleviates the chance of burn. I always reccomend it for first grows. I use botanicaire line now gropro and grobloom

Just to clarify not all miracle grow nutes are time release but yes if using them go very lite and as said earlier, it doesn't need anything to start. If you know how to grow a plant in your living room you know how to grow pot. No special needs just basic plant care 101.
