use bright white 6500k for veg...soft white 2700k for flower...keep within a few inches of the plant cfl lighting is almost useless at over 5 inches

4100k is useless does not have either colors the plant needs, green light is invisible to plants, you can use them to light an your area during dark phases without interrupting the night cycle

oh fuck eh, do you know how much those would cost at like home depot or something? and is using a spray bottle to water it a good idea?

lol, I got my lights on clearance here(misprinted energy savings), they are like 92 cents each at wal-mart, the dollar store has them, lots of places, gotta get em before there all gone...may only be in my area though...just remember mj wants at least 3000 lumens per sq ft of grow space... my room has over 6000 lumens per sq ft, so you wouldn't need that many, but it would help... They also have larger bulbs, the 300 watt equivelants put out around 4000 lumens or something(would have to ask someone who has them) But you will need more and better lights if you want it to grow decently.

4000k to 5000 k is almost useless... bright white 6500k 14/15 watt about 900 lumens 26 watt 1700 lumens, and range in between...soft white 2700k 13/14 watt about 850 lumens 23 watt 1650 lumens and range in between there are larger bulbs also that put out higher amounts, but I was going cheap and had enough sockets and y adapters to put 14 in my room. 6500k for my veg and 2700k for flower

yeah, if you are switching to 12/12 get the 2700k, 3-4 should do for a plant that size, but makes sure to keep the lights close and at different levels as the plant grows in height to get the lower levels of the plant...I would try to enclose your area the more light that can be reflected back at the plant the better.
