If you want the best results in veg (and especially in flowering) from fluorescent lights, get a piece of plywood (size will depend on your grow space) and mount as many of these 96W Power Compact fluorescents (pictured below) as you need for the amount of plants you have, ideally you would want the plants surrounded with these lights, these are the brightest fluorescent lights on the market and they grow plants like crazy, their so bright they've been given the nick names, "The Retina Burner", "The Migraine Maker" & are generally known as "The Beast" in the aquarium world, check em out: (-->CLICK HERE<--)
