First time indoor. Short non known strain plant.

Currently it’s been 38 days since the sprout. I’ve had some issues with cold temps, and currently can’t afford everything (best soil, nutes, etc.) but my main thing is topping this plant, the internode length is pretty tight. Would it be worth it? Or maybe this seed just has some ruderalis in it? Idk just not experienced indoors .

I would top it now for sure.

thanks also once it recovers from the topping. Should i transplant it into a larger pot, or do both at once?

TBH I'm an NFT guy so better transplanting advice will come along mate...but i would do both the same time
