Went through my beans and pulled a few out to go ahead and start for next go round.

I also dropped a couple Blueberry Gorilla Bubble from Tony Greens Tortured Beans a couple days ago, but im not sure that they have been stored well the last 5 years or so, so I'm not sure they will pop. We shall see.

was wondering about Happy Bird Seeds they are making atuo's now-a-day what about Swaney's ?

Whats the word on the last grow? Wanted to know how the ripple mountain pie and the magic melon strains went. I'm ready to run some new ones but I got so many seeds its hard to decide.
Strawberry flirt and surfer moonshine are finishing up now. Maybe a week left. Surfer did throw a few nanners but it may be from light leak. Flirt looks and smells great, can't wait to taste her.

This grow has been a Rollercoaster. Magic Melon Auto is going well. Not perfect, but its done alright.



Ripple Mountain Pie was just stubborn and decided to stop taking up water early on. Not sure if I had lockout or what happened but she was getting the exact same treatment as the MMA and then bam!! overwatered and stunted. She has come back but she is looking like Charlie brown's Christmas tree. I wouldn't discredit her. I'm sure it is my error that caused this mess, im just not sure what. Lol.

I chopped Magic Melon on Christmas Eve. I believe it was on day 101. I threw my brother a little sample and so far he has told me that it hits very smooth. Not any flavor that really stands out. Doesn't taste bad at all, just no single flavor dominates. He said the more he smokes it, the more he is liking it. Potency is nothing crazy, just a nice little high. Once I get the rest dried and cured, I'll get a better report from him.

Ripple Mountain Pie is still looking like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree. I take full blame for that and don't blame the seeds at all. We went rounds a little bit early on. Lol

I missed so many updates! Looking good man, heck even Charlie Brown will get you a couple dozen joints!

Every new strain i clone so I get a 2nd go/grow at her so I can improve on the strain from info gathered thru the mother. U should try that. U can see if it was u or genetics.
For me hbs is batting 1 out of 2. Surfer moonshine is fire with bag appeal and strawberry flirt is trash genetics even on my 2nd grow with clone. Tasted like a cigarette but had a unique smell which finally came out when I pressed it for rosin. Taste so strange at 1st u like what the f. Then u can't get enough cus its so different.
Im starting 2 new ones from them today. Im hoping I find a banger out of the pollen chucking. My friend low key mad I keep working with sub par genetics. Im still hoping for the hay maker that knocks sh*t out. 20 beans 5 different strains for the price of one bean at fine breeders. 2 gd ones out the bunch is still a win. Ill post pics of the 2 hbs plants when I get a chance.

Really looks like they been thru a struggle. Not ragging on u at all bro just a lil truth. We all improving. U gotta lock the grow conditions down and it makes everything easier. I can tell u was fighting to keep leaves(even sugar leaves) which will not give u the best results ever. I need/use all that so its part of harvest also. I make hash out my trim. I think I would've let her run another week or two also so the hairs retract. They had turned colors but I wait for the retraction as well cus they can turn for other reasons. U also gotta watch for bud rot when the leaves start wilting in the bud. I pick the yellowing and dieing leaves before drying. U can still get bud rot during the dry. Healthy all the way thru she might look like a different beast. All that being said, she doesn't look bad at all. Just a few areas to improve on and u might see better results and get her best flavor and high.

Thats all on me. I stunted the shit out of her early on. These were my first autos. This whole grow was a struggle. I definitely learned some shit. It's only my 2nd grow to completion. There will be improvements moving forward. I have so many of their seeds and I don't feel bad sacrificing them to get shit dialed in because they are so cheap.

My brother was in town for a couple days. I got him a little sample of the RMP. He said Charlie Brown's Christmas Tree is my best stuff yet. I cracked the jar open for about 3 minutes the other night and the entire house smelled for about 6 hours. He said when he broke it up, it had a fruity smell with maybe a touch of bubble gum smell. I ahabent gotten a detailed smoke report, but he was definitely happy with it.

Just wondering if that was a pic of when u harvested it. It doesn't look even close to being ready. Did u ever get a microscope or jewelers loupe? That is the only way to catch the ripe window at an optimal time. Those buds were not ripe yet. After the ripe appearance then I check trichs. Smell taste and potency will be at peak when u get 10-20 amber trichs. It will be a game changer.
The 2 things that have improved my flavor and potency the most are: 1 keeping flowering temp down. Never go pass 80° f temp. 2 dry slow 60° temp 60% rh(about 14 days). Bud stays sticky smelly and trichs pop out and makes whole bud better looking and tasting.

Glad to hear u got some stuff u really like. It was hard for me for awhile. I was so spoiled with top shelf that anything below was frowned upon. It was gd weed but I wanted the best. Plus all my friends were either chasing flavors or a name they heard about and wanted to try. Now I'm more dialed in I give the pop-up shops and dispensaries a run for their money. I still got areas I want to improve on and things I wanna implement moving forward but overall once u get the hang of it everything gets better.

Just chopped surfer moonshine and strawberry flirt (clones). Surfer was ready but flirt was pulled early cus it started throwing nanners like its mother. Now I know it was bad genetics and not stress. I got lazy and had to much going on so surfer never left the starter cup. It was one of 6 that I had thrown away then a week later pulled out the trash. It was under fed/watered never transplanted to larger pot and still did well with all things considered. My 1st starter cup grow. Low water food light and easy all around. Didnt look the best at first but drying now looking nice. I will post pics when I get a chance.

Just started 2 new ones from hbs. Some S1's. Sour apple from Humboldt and Twizzlers not sure where from. Those should be winners and alot more stable strains then the F1's he usually sells.
Running these along side of some top genetics from cookies to see how they do.

Also running Pineapple kush & Purple kush. Should be some interesting variety. If i win that light from #phlizon today I will do my 1st grow diary. They all about 7 days from sprout rt now. I took a month off from my perpetual growing but im back in action. Mad I wasted the time but I needed a break. My last run was so easy with 4 plants it was almost boring. Im on strictly quality now so no more driving myself crazy with space maxed out and overcrowding for max yield. Some of the best tasting plants are low yielders like your rmp.

The 2nd 2 are surfer moonshine. One still drying(one of two branches) and one nug already trimmed of the mother.

Hbs is cool with me. Them seeds just as gd as other high priced companies. If he ever actually do the grow info on them he could actually start branding the winners. Of course its not an easy task.

Since they got popular u gotta check everyday. They sell out quick. They had 3 drops this month already. Last week they had mixed packs that only last 1hr. It had 6 different strains 12 seeds total for like $42. I went to check on the genetics of those strains and they were gone when I got back. Few days ago alot of the Burban mixes was out. Lasted one day. He used to hit me when new ones came out or when he had flash sales but now he's a lil busy. Hasn't replied back in a couple emails. 6 of the late February strains are gone. Things have changed. If u want em now u gotta jump on em soon as they drop. U can't go wrong with anything from him. He raised his prices 3x and still beat anyone out there. Running 9 strains of his now. All fire. This is 3 if em in early bloom. Candy aisle, easy rider, black cherry

These are all happy bird seeds. This guy's genetics are incredible I believe he only does autos now but it's $6 for a three pack which is insane not to mention he throws in a ton of free stuff with every order so the strains in the pictures are just a few weeks in a flowering the one purple strain is by far the darkest colored but I've ever grown its called purple prophet . And the shipping changed for the better so no more of those paper envelopes , now they come in clear plastic containers with the seeds and a cotton ball inside. He's the only place ill order from because of prices , freebies and his stable of genetics . Ill try to post more pics of these girls further into flowering/harvest . Only 1 pic uploaded so ill try uploading pics of the other 3 which are 8 miles pie , hazey train , and big rig pucker .
