First time poster, First time indoor- Need a lil help

Hello,

I have been watching this site for some time now and believe i could use the communities help. My gear is x5 600w hps, blockbuster hoods, nute line flora trio currently in veg. Popped these girls 3-4 weeks ago (kush bomb, thc bomb) and a free cherry bomb auto. soil ph is 6-7 same with run off on 18/6 adding 200ppm cal mag and 1 drop super thrive every water/feeding. noticed about a week ago the leaves are burnt/burning. transplanted from small pots to 7gal smart pot. not sure whats going on with the leaves i think i gave to strong of feeding my first few times. can some one please tell me whats wrong with my plants and how to fix them. thanks in advance

Sounds like a nutrient deficiency. Check out this link

Honestly I don't think transplanting is ever a good idea because you could cause stress on your plant (my opinion)... Just keep it in the pot that its gonna veg and flower in so that it has the space to thrive and grow easier stress on your plant may cause it to look droopy at times...but make sure #1.the light you are using is 5-10 inches away from your plant at all times and #2. The problem seems to be that your leaf tips are touching your soil and that is not good for them try and keep em from touching the soil #$AinT418

I honestly think its probably under watering that makes the leaf tips drop down ...your leaves are supposed to purk up and reach for the light your giving it ...make sure your lighting is correct and not too close or far away

Again to me it looks as if you are overwatering, how often are you giving water and how much are you giving? Just read you have 600w hid lights hanging 16" above your plants, what are your canopy temps? Air temps? Rh? 16" seems close to me, are your lights air cooled?

They do look over watered but I'm still learning over/under nutes. You can roughly judge your light with your hand. Hold your hand at the top of your plant, for about thirty seconds and see if is hot. Your new growth is tender, don't get it too warm or you'll burn her.

my canopy temp is 79 my hoods are air cooled. Lots of air moving around they dont seem heat stressed. Ijust watered them right before i took those pics. Im going to do a light feeding soon as they dry up enough. I think they were calcium locked maybe and burnt. i have been mixing my cal mag and super thrive into water then doing my flora micro. i think i need to mix the micro first then add the other stuff not sure.

In soil? So you water about 1 time a week?

Looks overwatered to me also...

Tap or r/o? Why cal mag? Do you have the soft water version of flora micro? Did you know a pH of 6.5 is better off in soil instead of soiless? That being said, i think pro-mix already has limestone in it.

I water when it needs it i just have rotation set. roughly 1 watering a week. Im using ro water with base of 15ppm trying to keep ph round 5.5-6.5
