It looks like you might be drowning them, but idk just looks really wet and they usea small amount of water that size it shouldnt need water more than once a week at the most

I have 2 out doors and 2 under a mars 1000 led , I have watered them twice a week I just feel they aren’t growing like they should be bigger at 5 weeks old they are just in composted soil I had from the garden

im guessing no food available to them. a month old, they should be mini plants.

so im guessing your growing in co co or washed soil. yes/no
you havent given them any plant food yes/no
garden compost. That baby is still standing. Just gotta water and feed cuz that compost gotta be spent with it looking like that after a month.

you need to feed them or they wont grow. feed them at quater or half strength solution

Ok I thought they would have been to little to feed and they’d have some nutrients from soil , do you feeed them 1/4 dosage from the start of there growth

I'm not an organic grow type of guy, so these dudes probably know way more than me. They do look hungry. Just IMHO (not criticizing you), that soil looks aweful. Especially the last picture. It that wood chips/sticks in it? Hay? Just curious for my own knowledge....

I start my seedlings with 2 parts of FoxFarm Ocean Forest, and one part of #2 or #3 perlite. No food required for a good Month. Just water. Maybe try that next time? I can only say it works for me.....

Otherwise- they are really light green. Need food....

BTW- those are good, clear pictures too!

This is one of the other ones it has new shoots today but they are light green through the middle and dark green on the edges

I would do what Gogo and Hydro said- go for it. Hit two @ 1/4, and the other two @ 1/2 strength nutes. See which works best.

What's the white stuff on the soil in your last picture?

Post update pics in a couple days too. It will bump the thread, and someone more knowledgeable may spot it; and offer more advice....

That seedling in post 1, definitely doesnt need nutes.
Looks like a poor soil mix. I'm guessing the ph is way off, and not enough aeration
Do yourself a favor, buy some garden dirt and add alittle extra perlite.

What do you mean by garden dirt can you link me what you would buy
What soil mix can I

You could use fox farm ocean forest like alot here use. Pretty good right out of the bag.
Anything else that is for vegetable gardening will work. Just avoid anything with time release nutes. I usually add extra perlite to mine for better drainage.
