just as the title says, not sure. Idk if it’s too early still or if this is obvious. I feel like it looks like it could be either.

I'm fine with it being male i just want to be sure. Doesn't the first photo I posted look like the female in the photo you posted, just without the hair growing out yet? does that happen all at once or does it take more time?

If it were a female it would have hairs coming out of it already. What you posted there are pictures of males. If you plan on breeding them you 50% there.

The fact that it's sitting on a teeny tiny stem is a pretty good indication that it's a boy.
You could always wait a few days and look again

I agree even though it’s already dead. Male
