First time swellage

The below shots are exactly 13 days apart. This is my first grow and it just amazes me how much they've filled out in such a short period of time despite dealing with a few issues that started popping up early flower. I'm sure most will think this isn't s*it haha but I'm floored and wanted to share. Strains are WW, Candy K. and King K.

It's a beautiful thing isn't it? The changes late flower brings are great, but it's all pretty damn special I think. How these things adapt always gets me.

You ought to see how they adapt to mainlining. It's a slow go, but you'll see "knuckles" form where colas come off the main, like the plant knows it needs a stronger mechanism to support what's to come. Great stuff, congrats on getting to flower, looking good

Yes for sure, the whole process so far has been so therapeutic. A few ups and downs of course but in general it really has become a bright spot in my life.

Wow, I hadn't heard of mainlining before but I'm glad you mentioned it, it looks like it might be a killer fit for me. I planned on going with a photo SCROG next but have been worried about the lack of space/movement once the net is up. That plus my next batch of seeds are regulars and with mainlining, if I improperly sex them at pre-flower who gives a shit, they aren't in nets and can be easily pulled. Yeah man I'm digging this.

Some of these mainlined examples look like a work of art.

it can be therapeutic indeed. everyone I know sees me happier and less stressed. Sure the meds help, but the gardening is very cool. Trimming is tedious, be sure to reserve the time for harvest!

But I'll say that mainling cuts down on larf buds, reducing trim time. I had a single plant in a 10gal last run, very very impressive results and much easier to trim. It takes 60 or so veg days to do it right, but the hard part comes up front, reshaping, getting 8 or however many colas shooting out, but after they're worked under the tomato cage ring, the rest essentially just happens. Check growweedeasy.com on Nebula's tutorial, there's a thread here, and hit me up with questions.

Happy harvesting :)
