First time tent/soil grow

Hi everyone can anyone help I've had a fly in my tent all fucking day and it won't come out and keeps lying quiet so I think it's gone then next time I got check its flying about Q is can the fly harm my plant in any way ???

Get a yellow fly strip.

One fly won't hurt anything. Maybe it will get sucked up into your exhaust fan

WD-40 and a lighter. Not good for plants, but if you spray enough mist into the tent first and then light it, it'll be entertaining to watch a 10' flame blast out of your exhaust vent.
