First Timer, 3.5 weeks in flower....What do you think?

So I have two plants that are 3.5 weeks into flower stage. I just finished my real box (wanted to make sure I could actually keep them alive before spending the time) and upgraded the lights. I am using one tube flouro w/ two 40w 3000k bulbs, two 42watt CFLs 2700k bulbs, and five 23 watt CFLs 2700k bulbs. The seed came from a medium grade bag of quality smoke, I got lucky and found four seeds total. The plants are about 9 weeks old total, I should have veg'ed longer but rookie mistake. Recently I water every other day (approximately 750ml per plant), the new lights seem to dry out the soil quick. I use Flora Nova Bloom (4-8-7) and molasses as my fert. The right side wall of the box is made of peg board to provide ventalation and I have a small clip on fan in the top of the box. The walls inside the box are painted flat white or lined w/ car windshield reflector. Any thoughts on how much longer before harvest. I have learned so much the last two months but still learning as I go in this stage.

looks very healthy. looks like your doing an amazing job. how are you keeping the temps down? my CFL's always raise the temp about 8 degrees from the ambient temperature

I plan to attach two ducts to the top of the box that go straight up and mount on the bottom of a wire shelf. I am going to lay a box fan flat on top of the wire shelf basically blowing directly into the ducts. I am not sure it will work but it is the idea I have come up with so far.

how longer would you guess i have on these before they ready? One bud just started getting orange hairs....

If you are only at 3 weeks of flower, you have a way to go. Is the plant and Indica or a Sativa? When your plant starts to mature you will need to check the Trichomes. Read the Grow faq's. Also a short veg should keep the plant short. Put your lights as close as you can without burning the buds. Plenty of light will increase your yield.

Jim, thanks for the reply to my post. As a virgin to this (literally my first time) I will take all the advice or suggestions I can get. The lights are as close as I can comfortable get them without creating some burn. I continue to adjust but they are pretty close to as good as they are gonna get. I have begun my research on trichomes and I think I have a pretty good idea on how to use them as harvest indicators. Your last question, Indica or Sativa? I am not sure, I checked the definition of both but I do not have enough experience to really tell (I would guess indica based on what I saw through the veg stage). The seeds were obtained from a sack of midgrade quality smoke. There was only four in it. Seeing the plants now would you say?

That is what I was thinking too. The waiting sucks in this stage, I am ready for a sample. I was reading about flushing earlier, there seems to be a debate on if it really does any good. What is your take?

Bravo! i can only hope my first goes as well, the duct/fan thing sounds good, i am using a 5kbtu from another romm ducted directly into my space and its working good

those look great. your setup looks similar to what im planning on going for. Quick question, what are the dimensions? im wondering myself because my cabinet is small too.
