My first post here and my first time growing also. I've given a few of the stickies a read but I'd rather have you guys advice here. One of my granddaddy purp plants are starting to show little yellow circular dots. It's in a 11L pot with Plagron Light Mix as a medium. For nutrition I've been using buffer tabs from Sannies store which are meant to get rid of the need to measure ph/ec which sounded great for a beginner like me. Although the plant has been growing okay I'm concerned about these little dots. I have a feeling it may be pests as I am growing in a loft.
Currently in day 21 vegging on 24/0.

The leaf in concern is the leaf closest to the base. The white mark on the leaf above was just a water stain or something? Well it wiped right off.
Hope you guys could help me out so I can fix this issue!
