First timer needing some advice...

My girls are about 2 months along, in the outdoor green house and I was wondering if putting a LED headlamp on them will be an issue? Thanks for the help!

My personal experience with LED has been that they can be helpful (and money-saving) during the veg stage. I have not personally had a grow that I have been happy with when trying to use LED for flowering (and I have tried.)

lmao!!!!!! yeah LEDS as a supplement can be helpful...i HIGHLY doubt that a HEADLAMP LED is going to be productive enough to do anything......i use one of these to stare down my dogs ears for goop......works great for that....but to put on a plant that has no head is ridiculous:bigjoint:

Yeah I think people misunderstood why you were asking. According to a few different sources (books) - any light stronger than weak moonlight can disturb the flowering cycle.

However, most people just use a green filter on their lights to work at night with. The green color spectrum doesn't seem to destroy the chemical that builds up in the plant during night cycles, so it won't impact the plants.

These are outdoor plants. we traditionally only depend on the sun for light at this point. I was just concerned on using a light to water at night. Maybe I am being too paranoid!

I see, for detection purposes? First off, go outside 20 minutes ahead of time, smoke a spliff, enjoy the night air. By that time your eyes will have adjusted fully and you will find no lights are necessary. If you step out of your house and straight into the greenhouse, yes, you will be blind as a bat...

The best time to water is just before dawn or first light. They will have plenty of time to draw from the source and keep them cool during peak sunpowah.....
