First timer needs help!

Ok, so me and my friend decided we were to grow a plant outside during the summer. We got some seeds off some reggie and germinated them, when the white root popped out a bit from the seed, we planted it in soil. A month and a half later this is what we've got. Is it even a pot plant? It doesnt really look like it to me...and if its not a real plant, then what the hell is it and how could it have been lodged in our bud? The last picture is of a little plant growing next to it, could that be the seed?

my gut tells me its not a real plant, but i figure maybe its possible since its regs and its growing enviroment is unusual.

That's a version of some grass...as in....lawn grass. I have it growing in my backyard. It somehow makes it to my potted plants outside and occasionally will sprout in my tomato pots, my sunflowers, etc. It's a weed. ..and not the good kind.

What happened is your seed didn't make it to sprouting and something else took root in your pot.

yeah this was a serious post, not everyone is a pro at growing weed...and thanks i figured it wasnt a pot plant, i just wanted to see if anyone knew what the hell it was lol

You posted a picture of grass in an online community for cannabis cultivation. What did you expect was going to happen? Maybe you did know what was going to happen, I think there's a word for that. Next time, search Google for an image of what you are trying to grow so you know what it looks like before you start. If you are serious, it appears like you're growing grass: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grass
