First Timer - Nutrient deficiency

Hello,

Wondering if someone could help me out. I keep looking everywhere online and keep getting pulled in different directions. I’m in the third week flowering my first grow. Tips started turning brown and moving downwards and now they’re starting to turn yellow and one had died. I’ve added phosphorus and potassium in certain amounts. Here are some pictures of what’s going on. Any help greatly appreciated!!

Someone correct me looks like a nitro deficiency.

Lights? Medium? Nutes? Temps? Humidity? Age of plant?

I need a hotkey to just type that for me haha

Yeah, looks like nitrogen deficiency, but figuring out why requires answers to the above questions
