Your parameters sound ok. It does just look like a little variegation mutation that it should quickly grow out of. Only thing I might suggest is try letting the cups dry out a little more between waterings. You can use tap water too.

I had this same issue when I started, super annoying. Just try not to overwater – it’s a common rookie mistake. Also, make sure your drainage is solid – that’s really key. Good luck, dude – first grows are all about learning!
Ocean forest is pretty hot for seedlings/babies. That’s usually for bigger plants that can handle the high amount of nutes in it. Light warrior is better for babies. And check your water ph. Keep it 6.5-6.8 since you’re in soil
