First week of flower, questions. Please help

I have two plants growing one 5 weeks from seed and one almost two weeks from seed. I have about 4' up and 2' wide space. Im working with 6 23W CFLs at 2700k, 1600 lumens each just switched from 6500K 4 days ago. The little plant is more of an experiment than anything, but my 5 week has been LST and topped into a 9 grow tip bush. My issue is it's only 9 inches tall when I switched to 12/12 2700K. I have a few questions. Is my 5 week plant going to produce an insignificant amount? Should I kill off the seedling so that my 5 week gets all of the light? I have one more light bulb, should I add it to my fixture? And at what point should I trim off some of these leaves hanging in the medium? Uploading pictures now

image.jpg Better picture to show size restrictions from having two pots in the box. Obviously I'm going for quality and quantity, and I only expect like an 1/8 from the seedling. Would that 1/8 be worth the sacrificed light and space?

You're not going to get much from the little one but people do 12/12 from seed and get a few grams. I'd pot it down to a party cup so it takes less space and boost it up so it can get light, not like it's going to steal a lot of light from the bigger one. I have a couple of clones in party cups in my flower room, just extra clones I didn't want to cull, may get 5-10 grams each, better than nothing and the lights are on whether they're in there or not.
