First well planned indoor

I've got nice seeds germinating, organic soil with perlite and Alaska fish fertilizer labeled 5-1-1.
I Know the soil is fine but i'm wondering if the fertilizer is any good. It says it won't burn plants, it's oganic and contains nitrogen. Also I have a 37w cfl that puts off just over 2000 lumens.
For a small grow in a box with good ventilation I should be good. I purchased a 60w grow 'n show bulb fairly cheap that i'm not sure if I should use in conjunction with the cfl. Any advice or tips are welcome.

Well if I decide to do so, one more cfl light should do the trick right? It is in a fairly small space lined with foil for reflective purposes. I want to keep the plants small with bending and pruning, is the extra light really necessary?

yes , i have used one single 4 ft fluorescent on numerous plants for vegging and they ar fine, but for flowering more light would be better for really small plants you shoulld be fine

OK so to keep them small I will use the one light, for the flowering stage I will cut down the light period but increase the lumens.

I've heard alot of different things about light cycles and I was going to run 14/10 for seedling and vegitative, then go to 12/12 for flowering. What is a good light cycle?

i am lazy and always in my garden so i dont use timers since i am around enough to use my hands lol,. i do 24 hours light for seeds until theyre a good size then sometimes 18 on 6 off but usually just leave it on 24 ... then of course cut it bak to 12 on 12 off for flower. good luk
