OK here goes, Ive gotten all my help from you guys/gals thank you every1 who helped me get set up!!!

first off my rooms,

1 small room for seedling and vegging
1 larger room for flowering

I have a 600watt hps in flower room with a 100mm carbon filter and 100mm extractor fan.
A tower fan
And a PC fan being used for the intake.

The seedling and veg room has 2 36watt fsl FL lights.

I ordered my seeds from Dr Chronic
i got bigbud x10 and was given some knights templar x2 as a freebie!
not bad not bad atall.

I germinated the seeds in some wet tissue on top of my sky box took 36 hours and all sprouted.

I then placed the seeds in the pots and straight under the light, the light is on 24/7

the soil iam using is canna pro i also added a bag of perlite and a bag of vermiculite.

They have been under the lights for 2 days now pix to come soon.

Iam using ro water in a tub with a heater to keep it at 24

the ph of the RO water is always ph7

(ive been using this water for a few years from the same shop for my fish tanks, And it has always been ph7)

I did have a ph pen but I broke it by standing on it Doh!!!
Do u think the ph will do? or should it be changed a little?
Will i have to buy a new ph pen?
And will ph+ and ph- made for fish tank water do the job?
So my plants are now 2days in the soil

So far I only seem to be having a problem with 1 seedling
all the rest look OK.

do u think it will join the others and pull threw?

And how often should i be watering?
I just wait till they are quite dry on top and I just spray water on top of the soil should i be pouring the water in now? or will just a few sprays with water do for now?

I dont wana fuck up my new crew.

i jus watered my seeds but not too much n waited til they were completely dry before i watered again an they r doing fine, im a noob by the way so im not too sure if thats a good way but someone else should be able to hep you more hopefully

Looks good,you'd do well to add an oscalating fan to circulate air,right now its not super important but as the plants grow air flow will be critical,oscalating fans do the best job of keeping good air flow,the longer your in flowering & the fatter your buds swell up the more chance you have of getting budd rott,when you do start seeing buds you should have constant air flow over the buds,mold hates air flow.

You cant have too much air flow.

Watering isnt something that can be timed as there are way too many variables to each grow,from my experience its better to under water than it is to over water until you get a feel for when the plants require water.

The method i use to jugde when they need watering is to rough up the top 10% of the soil with my fingers & feel it,if it feels real dry then i water in stages until i see just a bit of water come out a drainage hole,roughing up the soil also helps alow oxygen to the roots.

Looks good man. I am totally jealous of your set up.

One question, what made you chose big bud?

In the short 5 years I have smoked, I have never come across big bud that was anything other than mediocre.

I hear it is a great yielder but what about quality?

humbo jumbo I went for big bud because its a great yielder easy to grow and the seeds were cheap to buy,

I think my next grow will be NL or blueberry.

You probably want the ph of your water to be a little lower. Somethan like 6.2-6.5. 7 will be fine when you start adding nutes.

Most big bud on the street is grown for max yeild not max smoke quality,if you push it to its max it'll be excellent quality.

Hey Passking...best way to work your watering out is by weight. Pick up the pot, and if it feels light, give it a thorough watering. When the water starts to come through the drain holes, leave it for 30 mins. The plant will pull back up what it needs. Then water again, and whatever comes through the drain holes this time, throw away

Get used to what your plants feel like dry (weight) and you will never overwater again.

This looks like a great first grow... love your grow spaces... also i agree that you wont loose anything from growing bigbud and during flowering theyll really prove their worth...
I would say if your having any trouble still with the young ones the best thing you can do is continue to water (but as stated above dont overwater) and just leave it to flourish... while they are small there is really nothing you can do to ensure survival...

Out of the 10 bigbud and 2 KT i have 1 bigbud that just doesn't wanna grow,
I think iam gonna pull it tomorrow if it hasn't shown any signs of life.

What u guys/gals think?
It is a waste of time thinking it will pull threw?
