Little 3 ft cat I got out of the Grand..31 lbs...he has been released..but that's a good way to start the year

Good shit Bob. I was supposed to hit the Detroit river on Sunday, but the runoff of all the tributaries made the river into mud, so we have to wair again for it to clear out.

I need to catch some fish and find some mushrooms in the woods!

Thanks guys...It's bout the only thing I can fish for anymore..no boat, Parinson's kinda makes wading unsafe..bank fishing it is. One thing about cats..they will come to you if your in the right spot.

All you need is a big fatty and a stick of dynamite. (Not sure who wrote that, but they say you can apply it to a whole bunch of different problems)
 
I have stood on the balcony before smoking a fatty and one by one they popped out and their noses up smelling the weed. They came right out too. So not only will they eat the plants they love the smell of it burning too.
I never hunted before, but I have always wondered how in the fuck can hunting be so difficult. lol. It is just one of the many things I never understood. lol.
 
glad You should go for a walk out there and look for some antler sheds tomorrow. that way you can get an idea of how big the bucks are. probably got some morels poppin also
 
I would love to get good at finding morels. Some people get fuck loads of them up here.
I haven't seen any big racks out there yet. I had three different spikes coming in up till hunting season. I would still get half a dozen in there all during rifle season. They were pretty fucking nervous though. lol. I could sneeze in the house and them fuckers would have a heart attack. lmao.
