ok this is my very first grow...
bagseed from a friend (btw i live in hawaii) five seedlings germiated in peat pods inside upside-down tupperware container with a few holes for oxygen flow...kept warm by placing ontop of cable router.
two seeds were duds... three seeds sprouted... so i left them in their little greenhouse to root and sprout leaves. in the meantime i would build the box to grow them in. my apartment is tight on space so i had to keep it small real small.
i went to the local target to look into some sort of small cabinet. too expensive.
then my genious kicks in... rubbemaid box. windshield screens. cfls. timer. extension cord. power strip.
wal-mart had the bulb sockets cheap.
all components easily avalilable and reasonably priced. not conspicious either being around christmas at the time

so home i went and began construction of the box, after picking up two 12v cpu fans from a nearby computer repair shop for 10 bucks... all in all bout $70.
after completion here are the resulting pics:

started the grow in red party cups with peat pods rooting into miracle grow moisture control soil nute value
of 0.2-10.07-0.14 flushed 5 times with distilled water.
after transplanting one plant died.
two remaining plants of unknown type were off and growing using bottled spring water for first three weeks... to make sure the left over nutes in the mg soil were flushed and not killing the plants i flushed once after 9 days .
in the mean time i researched a little and found no way to get any of the good nutes to grow with, so i opted for what i found lying around my folks place: miracle grow water soluble fertilizer rated at 20 20 20 and houseplant food.
one plant fell ill and dried up... due to my expermenting with the indoor plant food fert that burned it up. it said to drop ten drops on soil before watering i used 2. maybe not enough water... who knows.
i started feeding the remaining plant, which seems strong, last week at 1/4 strength at every watering. it seems very healthy and the smell i get on my fingers when i train the stems is pungant.
after 5 weeks veg this is what i got... btw i'm running 3- 18/75w cool daylight and 1-23/100w cfls now after looking at some other grows. is that enough? what should i use for flower and when?

any help i can get would be greatly appreciated as this is my first grow ever.
