Yesterday I did the three bars of death or as referrenced on some sites as the "linda".

10 sets of 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps

3 excercises (total of 30 sets)
Bench - 165lb
Dead Lift - 205lb
Cleans - 135lb

I weight 157lbs clothed
I rotated between the excercises for a total of 30 sets...
as fast as I could. It was pretty burly!
