Flimsy Plants

I had 2 seedlings under a fluorescent light for about 1 week in a aeroponic system until they started to fall over of weakness. The morning i woke up i went out and added nutrients and bought a 250w HPS bulb and stood the seedlings up with stilts. It has been about 5 days and they are standing up by them selfs and they look healthy but a little weak still and a tad bit yellow. Is it possible that they are damaged from falling over?

No, they'll be fine, they were stretching for more light, and now that you've got some light on them, and you have some air moving them gently, they will strengthen up.

HTH

yeah i would get rid of the braces, i found out when i had my seedlings they were going after my veg light which was kind far away until i got a little bit more experienced and placed the light closer, but the point is my were flimsy and growing horizontally until i fixed the light and wind isse, PS also becareful of the nutes early on in the seedling stage they can get very ill!
