Flip to 12/12 ?

Wow so I think I migh need trellis net,I'm a bit afraid of the supercropping I'm hoping I wont have to I will have to see how mine stretch, so far they are preety even but I understand stand everything you said, with branch support the plant will spend more energy flowering/budding, rather than supporting themselves. Having a even canopy enables you more control over light level. What should I get to support my branches when the get heavier? Do I need anything now since I flipped to flower?
BTW, you can use regular kite string or Mason line for your net. Don't use twine. Really messy and the hairs get all in the buds. "Weave" your net.

Now the left side is catching up. They should be about done stretching. See all the tops I've got. That's from topping multiple times in veg.

From the front. I just supercropped the right last night.

Tons o' tops, not to mention all the buds forming right below
Looking nice. So are tops created only when top your plants train them? Like If you just grew no training, topping supercropping, how many tops would you have? Mine are in full recovery, it seems like the need more water in flower I noticed aswell20200411_182621.jpg20200411_182603.jpg20200411_182557.jpg

Cannabis is an apically dominant growing plant, which means if you remove the top of a branch or main stalk, the two branches just below become the tops. Make two tops from one, several times, and you end up with a level canopy of tops buds, which is way better than a single cola per plant. That's for plants grown inside.

So if I only topped once I'll only have 1 tops? What about the side branches?
No, if you topped once, meaning that you snipped the main stalk, the two side branches growing, or starting to grow, directly below the cut, would now be the "top" of the plant. That's how you turn a single top into two tops. Not sure what you're asking, about side branches.

So basically if you top once, you will have 4 colas, and if you top again you should have 8 i believe right?
Nope, LOL! If you topped once (main stalk), then you would now have two top branches (tops).

Think of a stick figure. His head is the top of the figure. Cut his head off, and the arms become the tops. Every branch will have a head and two arms. Cut the head off of ANY branch, and the arms become the tops. Once the arms grow out, they will each have their own head that can be cut off to allow the two arms directly below to become the top of the branch.

I'll mention that it's not necessary to top the branches at the very highest point of the branch. Really, you can top a branch or stalk well below the top most point.

Ended up supercropping the other side, which was reaching for the lights. A lot of times, branches will attempt to stand straight back up again, after being supercropped. I like unfolding paper clips, hooking them to the net, and using them to hold down the branches. I had to do that to the right side, which I supercropped a few days ago.

How far are you in flower, looking good!

I don't know, I don't go by weeks anymore. After a while you just go by what your plants are telling you. Looking at them, and knowing the stretch is about done, I'd say just past three weeks. WW is on the shorter end of finishing. I've probably got around five weeks left. From here, they'll be developing their buds.

How are your plants doing?

These are my White Widow, with about a month or so to go. They really stretched, even though I've got 1600 watts right on top of them. With the way a couple of these grew different from each other, I'd bet the really aggressive one is sativa dominant strain. Mixed up seeds at the shop, I'd guess. It really shows in how uneven the canopy ended up being.

Nice you tops look good. They definitely look like white widow. Mine have 6 weeks to go the buds look alright, but my timer has been acting up by 15-20 minutes. I have to get a new one tommorow it's been stalling when it's time to go off. Pissing me off.20200430_185613.jpg20200430_185616.jpg20200430_185637.jpg20200430_185632.jpg

I had to put something under the one on the left to make it even with the other one. I left one seems to be more frosty on top, like the right one isnt as sugary yet

Day 36 of flower, looking good for my first time. I watered with molasses but I think I put to much a tablespoon. I couple is drops in warm water will so. Also been using coconut water, fox farm buds and blooms , maxicrop liquid seaweed, and suite leaf cal mag maximizer.20200512_191246.jpg20200512_192343.jpg20200512_191253.jpg
