Flood tray help

How important is it to completely drain the flood tray. My drain spout sits 1/4" higher then the tray. Plus it has been three days since I started ebb and flow and I have fungis growing in tray and parasitic works. Small black ones about 3/8-1/2" long. Does anyone know If h2o2 will help. Plant looks fine but I don't want any issues. I am scheduled to do a res change Sunday but might do it today in an attempt to solve these issues. Also are 11 qt pots big enough for scrog? Thanks

Sounds like you need to start using bennys....
try aqua shield at 7mil per gal and
piriahna at 2ml per gal every three days.
this will cleanup any issues

get some panda film or a black trash bag, or any plastic that will block light, and cover your tray. Cut holes to sink your pots in. If you have standing water, you don't want light shining on it. Thats a recipe for growth.

In rockwool, you might have problems with 1/4" standing water. In hydroton it should be less of a problem. Either way, get that table covered up.
