Flooring

so im just at the last stages of setting up my room and am having trouble deciding weather or not to put white poly down on the floor. right now the floor is just bare wood with styrofoam underneath (ive insulated my floor, necessary for where i live)

so theres my question, what would you do. would you put poly down on floor, or just leave it bare wood/paint it

I would and did, I didn't use poly I went with a 20mil pond liner

i use polly i find very easy to clean and it realy doesnt tear or rip from me walking on it every day

thanks guys for your quick responses, perhaps ill post some pics of my room tonight, onlything thats left is some mylar on the walls to go up and a bulb to go in the fixture and the plastic on the floor

i agree, keeps it hospital like clean....and it ads reflection...makes messes easy to clean up

i would, i had enough mylar left over so i covered the floor with it, it seems to reflect the light back up to the bottom of plants, and like the others say it makes it much easyer to wipe spills up.
