I'll use cheaper nutes. You can pay for overpriced pedophile nutes. They write good articles to sucker people in. And make there bottles fancier. Whoopdy doo. There trying to sell you all there additives. It's a scam if you ask me. There's lots of other companies out there who make nutrients. My buddy uses miracle grow soil a certain kind I won't tell his secrets. All he does is water start to finish and adds bat guano during flower. Best tasting medical marijuana I've tasted, I love the soil organic taste to his weed. But I still do it my way, he does it his way, you do it your way. Everyone does it different. We're supposed to be in this together to help each other, not argue who's nutes are better. It doesn't matter. We all have our own opinions.
Seeing as how GH has denied making nutes for pot growers ever since they've been in business I won't use anything made by them. Why support a company that has opposed us forever?
AN 3-part with Big Bud for the last 17 years. Always works in DWC or soil/soilless. No pH worries only made it better for me. RO or distilled water all the way!
I ain't mad at my money.
I can't support a company that has a crazy price tag just cause "they say" it's for weed.

I got gallon jugs of the 3-part for $40 each so where's the high prices? GH was $46 each. The only supplements I buy are the Big Bud and Rhino Skin. Both those last me 4 or 5 years so where's the high prices there?

What is the usage rate on AN 3 part?
From my understanding GH was never against cannabis, just denied targeting that market for legal reasons. They are a US company, not Canadians like AN.
Supposedly the molester dude was innocent from what I have heard. I was very curious about that and supposedly he is now part of Remo Nutrients and the other previous partner of AN is Emerald Harvest so go figure

I can understand your sentiment behind the GH hate but your facts are kinda false....One guy that works for Big Mike got accused of kiddie diddling. So tar the whole company with the same brush? That's just pure ignorance to use that as a reason to not buy a product.
GH is just what their name says. General nutes for any plants. Any hydro nutes will do the same but AN at least sources their salts from other than contaminated sources and has done all their research growing pot plants rather than fruits and veg. My first hydro nutes in '82 were bags of different salts I bought along with a 1000W MH light from Western Water Farms in downtown Vancouver. A recipe sheet with tomatoes circled was my first foray into hydro nutes and what a PITA that was. I like easy and AN is that. Never check pH just ppm for hydro and just mls/L for soilless.
Not interested in flogging a dead horse about which nutes are better but companies that have kicked us pot growers every chance they get won't get any of my money.
Now that Scott's owns GH they'll just put their Miracle-Gro crap in the GH bottles.

If you were a Californian like myself (or American grower for that matter) you would know that GH has never opposed cannabis growing. Quite the opposite in fact.
There is this thing called Federal Law that they have to rightly protect their asses from.
I was not super thrilled with Hawethorne buying them out either but have had multiple hour long conversations with various employees within the company and none of them were up in arms over the situation. Quite the opposite in fact.
Some good may come. Botanicare and GH now supposedly being produced in the same modern facility for example.
As to AN, I have personally never used it. Have been tempted on many occasions but then a quick scroll of their youtube page and seeing "Big Mike's Birthday Bash" or whatever just gross waste and rub it in your face use of all those profits he's been raking in from overcharging for his water bottles just turns me off. Then add Big Mike's endorsement of the worst governor California has ever seen and An's Fate is sealed for old brother OnehitDone.
How can big Mike (isn't he canadian?) come to cali promoting legalization and expect to sell product with those price tags when the prices plummet?

I know this is 8 years later, but I hope you've found Soythern Ag GFF. Way better and ALOT stronger so you don't have to use as much. It has 98% of the bacillus rather than like .09% or what ever it is lol.

I've been curious on SAG but not sure on the dosing, I've read people using like 1ml/20gals..
I only run one 5 gallon bucket so I could assume the dose would be VERY small..

It says to use 5ml per gallon, but i only use half of that. And I only used it during the summer when my water temps were above 75 for long periods of time.
I only use about 2.5ml per gallon and only put about 5ml in 3 gallons. It's very strong and I only use when my water temps are above 75° for a long period.
