Florida Growers Thread

clearwater here, ive had success just throwing some seeds in the dirt in my backyard, occasionally watering.. grew a foot and had about a gram and a half bud lol. gonna start growing indoors with an aerogarden and see how that goes. anyone else from clearwater?

Where the hell are you getting that from? orlando is buuuuuut...go an hour north and theres nothing.

Its all national forest and farms.

You could get lost and die out in the ocala national forest its so damn big. and you can find properties out in the forest easy.

How do you find places like this, bro??? This is exactly what I'm looking for, right now. Craigslist and the newspapers don't really got much like this. How in the fuck do you find these mofo's:confused: I'm looking to rent not buy, by the way.:blsmoke:

this only my 2nd year doin it tho still newb

Alright, thanks bro. What's Ocala like? I've been looking for places the last few days but Ocala's 45 mins from here so I ain't been out there, yet. Does Ocala have ghettos? Cuz I'm lookin at the cheapest places and I don't want to live in or around the ghetto.

"The Shores" is in the ocala area and that isnt really a "ghetto" but its mostly blacks and browns there. and the cops go crazy in that area.

But out by the forest my friend is renting a place on 1 1/4 acres for around 800 a month.

Not bad at all

Cool. Thanks bro. Yeah, I'm not a racist but the ghetto or outskirts of the ghetto are no place to be. Like you said, there's cops like crazy.
 
I'm sure there's plenty of cow pastures up there, right? My buddy lives across the street from about 50 cows:shock::shock::shock:.......When does mushroom season start?
 
Damn! Just thought of something...Can you even grow in a mobile home with a 1000w hps? Or am I going to have to look for a house?

im growing in a mobile with a 600w and a 250w t5 setup. Plus im growing shrooms, and im a 3/2

Honestly I dont think youd really have to worry about a single 1000w

But yeah man theres a lot of places just like the one you found and they are perfect places for growing no neighbors up your ass and the cops hardly patrol around there. Are you gonna be living by yourself or what?

Oh yeah theres cow and horse pastures EVERYWHERE. Even in my parents neighborhood on the lake you walk 2 minutes down the road and theres about 2 dozen cows in a pasture. :peace::blsmoke:

I have never had much luck finding shrooms in the pastures by me which is why I grow them, but my buddies go shrooming with much success. I think the cubensis season is approaching.

You gotta wait till it's fairly hot outside. Then right after it rains, hit the fields and you're in luck. Unless the farmers spray their grass to stop shrooms. And watch out for the farmers shooting salt pellets at your ass ;o
