Do you want them to flower? That's an important question. If you want them to veg, I wouldn't LEAVE them outside; I'd take them in for some supplemental lighting at night.

If you WANT them to flower... I can't really give you a good answer on that. I think it will depend on how much sativa is in the plants. Here is what I CAN tell you. I set my plants out around the 7 of May and they began to flower. That was about 13 hours of light I think (granted it's the length of darkness that matters for cannabis not the length of light). Once it hit the solstice, 14 hours light daily, the seemed to have begun to reveg. There is a chance that they will begin to flower, but they could wind up staying in veg for a couple more weeks. It's hard to say.

The room I bring my plants into now as a window ac that knocks the humidity down to 50% at night...and outside as we all know the humidity gets high...
Should i worry about mold ?
I got mold last crop, but I think that was because my indoor force flowering room was very stagnant and was not vent at all....
can you offer your exprience ? Have you gotten mold in similar situations ? all responses will be appreciated. I plan on flowering my garden in a week or two...thanks guys

been growing in fl for many years and have had my share of mold. i get good results by bringing the plants in at night and keep a fan lightly blowing across them all night. u still have to closely monitor your plants for disease. the closer to harvest the more chance of mold. GL

That has been my experience within that time frame and the plants revegging...thanks a lot for your thoughtful reply. And yes I want them to flower, sir.

this is encouraging to hear. And thank you for sharing your experience...I have more confidence with the a/c keeping the humidity low at night and with fans blowing this go around, a lot on the line....I wish your gardens well bro.

Hey all. I'm from Broward County. Well was. I left Florida because I'm sick of backwarsd opinions. Florida has a lot of back ass thinking in my view. Pot prohibition. LOL I need a big bumper sticker. I bet it won't pass in 2014. Hey maybe Ricky can get 4 more years.

Those tiny green caterpillars were devouring my crop. I thought it was mold the way everything was rotting and spreading. I harvested early and found dozens of them in the colas. Sigh...

I shook out the caterpillar poop the best I could; luckily, I've never heard of anyone dying from smoking caterpillar poop.

I picked 50 off last crop...got em before they were a problem, this is part of the reason I bring em in at night, so those moths don't lay eggs on the bud...

florida does have its challenges tho
 
I had never known they would get worms. It was a shock to me. I had seen the stink bugs on them and the little green spiders, but never saw a worm till I harvested. I hadn't been using insecticide since there didn't seem to be much of a bug problem. Now I know for next time. Between the powdery mildew and the worms... southern growers have an uphill battle.
 
best bet is to use BT very early as flowers develop once a week or construct a frame with netting around them...or inspect them all day lol
 
My pineapple chunk girl is doing great despite having to pull the pot and relocate do to retarded people. She is now starting to show her fuzz. Probably 3 ft. Mite post pics.

NO! Do you know what you are asking? Seriously..as long as there is a Pub in the governor's seat..not gonna happen. Besides, the only thing legality has accomplished is taxing it which drives pricing higher to the consumer and low balling the grower from what I've seen..until it's federally accepted, you pretty much still live in the shadows..I started a thread for those in legal to comment on "now they are legal, would you keep it or go back?" no one responded..plus we are a peninsula..with so many ways in, the traffic would be insane and become even more competitive to the Floridian grower. 85% of people are now accepting of MMJ..we have many users now..heck my 96 year-old grandma in Daytona wants to get into the action with medibles and she has friends:mrgreen:
