republicans cut taxes for what? higher national debt and more money int he pockets of the richest one percent? do you know who that 145 billion dollar tax cut is aimed at? the richest one percent! The reasoning being, The richest one percent already have money in the bank, so if they get a surpluss they'll spend it. If they gave that tax cut to middle and lower class citizens, WELL THEY MIGHT PUT IT TO GOOD USE, like paying for college, or a down payment ona car to get back and forth from the job that the richest one percent own!!!!

Why have taxes become a dirty word? and Liberal has taken on the same persona. I hate to be sterotypical, but its kind of ironic that the state with the "biggest say" is home to some of the more ignorant, greedy, and racist people ive ever met. Most of the semi-educated people ive met are either transplants or foreigners. Although, like i said, i hate to sterotype, i have fet a couple fantastic floridians, but the ignorance far outweighs the knowing.

Im not leaning toward any one person right now. Im registered independant so when the right candidate comes along, i dont have to be labled as a "right" or "left" wing voter. The whole two party system is outdated. 300 million, and you want them all to choose black or white?

I myself like green

those dumb democrats, raises taxes for superfluos things like roads, school programs, healthcare issues, power infrastructure etc. etc. etc.

I say we give all the money we dont have (i.e. more debt from foreign countries) back to all the people that will spend it on stupid shit. Dont pay any debt, dont creat manufacturing jobs that are the life blood of the financial industry......so much more i could go on about hahahaha

no, because if taxes rae kept the way they are now (unlike the proposed republican flat-tax), the higher paid individuals will pay the same 7% of their income as the you and I. However their high income means they're 7% is higher, see the logic?

Pay attention, said i was reg. as Independant, so as not to get caught in the clouds of choosing a party, rather than a candidate. Whoever is the straightest talking, truthful person i agree with.

Where do you think maccain will get this proposed insurance money for the plan? HIGHER TAXES. if not, then more debt, which means a weaker US economy, which means a weaker dollar, so on and so forth. Please dont just vote republican because thats waht everyone aroundyou is doing.

Know ur candidate, fuck the party.

and get rid of the IRS??? are you going to pay for the roads that get you to and from work out of ur own pocket personally? Or are you going to start a coop with ur neighbors to fund ur local school? are you going to go to every PTA meeting to know waht ur coop is spending on ur roads/schools/power lines etc.?

Democracy is responsibility, thats why we're not running hahaha

one i didnt call anyone ignorant nor did i bring up the war,i brought up the fact that a rep. didnt create more jobs for this country, when bill was in office we had hella jobs that came up from him doing what a president should, dont get on the defense dude,im putting the better points out there, one thing that america needs right now is forthe economy to come back down to a stable level and more jobs to be produced before this country goes back into a depression.

i never called you ignorant, im not meaning to make this personal, sorry if it feels this way. these are all things i want to say to my co-workers but they just call me dumb yankee and not consider my viewpoints haha.

The war was handled poorly by the country as a whole. The public not questioning enought htis war. War should be a last resort, not pre-emptive, especially not without HARD proof, physical evidence. Sorry about the rebut thing, comp fucked up, didnt show ur posts until after i posted that one.

I agree that the focus point for the next president should be AMERICA at home. focus on this country for the next 8 years.

Might i point out that the last president to have a budget surplus (good for the economy) was a democrat. The two republicans before him only increased it, and the one after him blew it out of this world with numbers in the trillions
