It's all in your mind. You are either laughably naive or pushing a propaganda talking point for the status quo.
But then if you are right and people really do organize themselves as you say, tell us where in the world has this ever been realized? I don't mean a few weeks before it all came crashing down, like the Paris Commune but when has there ever been a time where the society you describe defended itself from aggressors and its people thrived for generations?

Somalia is the best example of anarchy that I can come up with. Sucks to live there unless you are a top boss, which is usually how these utopias end.

That's false and misleading. If there is a "boss" over others, it's hierarchical, NOT anarchical (if that's even a word) .
