FLOURECENTS: Gen Electric. plant/ aquarium tubes...1900 lumens. good or bad?

so ive got 4 tubes hooked up in a 4' x 2' closet. im not sure what to expect when flowering with these lights considering the last plants i grew were all male...(yes i shocked the shit out of them). my next grow will be planed alot better.... any thoughts?

For that space you can go with a air cooled 400w or a 250w h.i.d. with a fan. For flowering I believe MJ needs a minimum of 3000 lumens per sq ft.
