HID Lights put of way way more heat that CFL's (and yes a HPS is an HID light....), you can't place them nearly as close as you can CFL's... just thought i would let you know...

my temps are around 82-85*f ...i keep the light -around 7-9 inchs away...i have a fan blowing over the tops

my girls need it too...I had to feed em alaska morbloom which is 0-10-10 and h2o2 to get a root issue back on track...but now that it's under control I am boostin those babies one more time before I start flushin them. your girls look awesome....i always look at them cause they are such a pretty shade of green
