Flower defoliation

Tomorrow is day 21 since I flipped to 12/12, trying to clean up the lower canopy under my net since my light really isn’t getting down there. Is it too much to cut all the small branches under the net that won’t receive light?
I don’t do much defoliation to begin with, so I wasn’t sure if cutting a bunch of branches in one sitting is too much stress.4ABDBF46-C6D1-433E-AF7F-E602210FE220.jpeg

Honestly thanks to defoliation I get so much more light penatration and airflow and when trimming I have barley to do these plants recover no problem but my way is day 1 of flower heavy defoliate and day 21 heavy defoliate
