Lots of people have trouble with FF nutes.
That happens when they use Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil and then follow the feed chart which has crazy EC levels. I don't understand how they list on the bag for FFOF that it's ready to plant in, nothing needed and then their own soil feed chart has you feeding seedlings. Then they have you flushing every 3 weeks. Why not just cut the feed in half and skip the flushing? 2.0 ec in week 2 is pretty excessive for a soil that is supposedly ready to go. Some of the results I've seen from people following that have been just horrible.

I think FFOF is decent. At least the shit I got was. But then they want to sell you chemicals and shit. Doesn't make sense to me. At least they have some decent organic dry nutrients they sell.

If I'm gonna use salts, I'd use coco and not soil.

The soil is fine. Their recommendations on feed strength are not. 3.0 ec in soil? I would never feed that strong at week 4 in soil or ever for that matter no matter what method of growing.

Advise taken, that’s why I asked, thanks
I don't think you need it and definitely not with every watering. You'll get better results from from not overfeeding your plants. It doesn't have anything that's not already in the Fox Farms Trio you're using.

Fox Farms is trash their soil sucks their feed charts are extremely bad and why grow shops recommend new growers start with Fox Farms is beyond me, probably trying to sabotage you so you don't wanna grow anymore. I legit hate Fox Farms products they cause more issues than they are worth and everything about them sucks.

The last time I ordered fox farms soil was back in 2019 and it had larvaes crawling around in it, fish hooks and chunks of rusty metal. It's literally made out of trash, peoples residential compost.. No thanks!

I have been using it now for six weeks, buds very fat, leaves lightening up quite a bit due to the lack of nitrogen in it. First time using granular nutrients but like what I see thus far. Going full strength now for two weeks and zero signs of lockout or discoloration on edges of fan leaves. So yes, I recommend it and the price is nice
