Flowering, 22 Hours, only 6 Weeks?

Hey guys, had just a quick question. I have a plant going that is on 22 hours light, it is only about 6 weeks old, and is showing a hair.

What does this tell you (besides it being a female)

Likely herm?
Better quality?
A trait of a certain type of plants?

I'm all ears.

I was really suprised that it flowered on 22 hours though being so young. How common is that?
