Flowering Advice Please

Hi All,

Have been flowering for just less than 10 weeks (since first pistils)
Flowering LST with CFL's to get the most out of my lights.
its the end of week 9 right now but i have noticed about an inch of growth on some of my main buds.
New white pistils on some of my main buds at the top and about an inch of new growth upwards.
The buds have fattened up quite a lot but whats with this upward growth and the new white pistils?

Everything is OK, you must be growing a "sativa" strain. Here is how the plant grows; Vegation stage 1-2mos - preflower stage (1-2 weeks) and flower stage (1-3 months). Your preflower is the start of the 12/12 cycle which llasts untill you see the white "pistals" form than start your flower countdown, therefore you are in your 8th week of f "true" flowering

I'm also in flower but I'm using both cfl and sunlight 6 hours of sun and six cfl I'm new am I doing the right thing mixing cfl and sun

cfl lights tends to reveg em a little bit dont no why but cfl buds i have seen always come out a little more leafy then the hps buds i do

Ok ive outlined the problem stretchy buds in red - the others that look more ripe ive outlined in yellow!

Help a noob out :)
Im getting impatient its been 10 weeks haha, but im willing to wait as long as it takes.
