Flowering Day 18 HELP! (pics included)

Before I flowered I had mild discoloration and yellowing around the tips of my leafs but just at the base of the plants. I figured it was from adding to much nutes so i cut my feeding back raised the light and it did not spread. Now that i'm flowering I have noticed that I am having the same issue plus I am noticing speckles on some of my leafs. The tops of the plants are very healthy besides the speckles and the only leafs that are yellowing around the edges are towards the bottom of the plants. I don't have the best ventilation (just a 20in box fan hanging on the wall blowing the mid to top area of the plants) but I opened up the room a bit so the plants could get more air flow and also raised the light and spread the plants out more so there is more space in between them. I am also going to cut the amount of budding nutrients by half. And I have started checking and adjusting the PH levels.

So here is my question.

What can I do to reduce the yellowing around the leafs and to get rid of the speckles?

wats your temps? looks like heat stress
Its was high for a bit during July but now that the temps are dropping it doesn't get above 85 for the very hottest and an average high of 77F and at night an average low would be 65F and the coldest its ever dropped was around 55F. I think your right and heat did have something to do with it when they were smaller I let them grow to close to the light on a hot couple of days and I think that would explain why only the lower leafs are burnt.

Also if your not try and keep your humidity at 50% no lower than 40%. Low humidity can look like heat stress

look to new growth and if its healthy then dont worry, they look good other than the heat/humidity stress
