Like a horizontal spinning full pipe with a 1k in the center and a 1k on the outside with the plants rotating around them

This looks a bit excessive on the lolipop. You might want to flower sooner next time. The buds look good I would try to keep the humidity at 50%. I've never used cfls like that, so I cant give any advice. My concern would be is it safe? Can your electrical box handle more power? If so add away. I have a friend that's an electrician, I'm pretty sure he said you should use 6 gauge wire and you can't have more than 1400 watts on one a breaker. otherwise you might start melting outlets and burn your house down.
14 gauge wire will handle 1400 watts as it only draws 12 amps @ 115 volts.

Wire it up how ever you want. I'm just telling you what an electrician said I should do for my grow room because I was melting outlets.

Well you may want to look at another cause for that. 6 gauge wire will handle 65 amps, most circuits here are 15 amp breakers with 14 gauge wire which will handle 1000 watts quite well. But if you want to run 6 gauge have at er as well, that's what my hot tub calls for and its running 5000 watt heater and two 1 hp pumps lol.

I could be wrong I'll ask him. The wire I had 12ga going to the grow room on a 30 amp had too much load and melted a couple outlets. I think he mentioned it because I wanted to run wire to another box in my grow room. I'll find out if that's what he was talking about.

A 30 amp breaker typically is fed to 10 gauge and designed 80% of full load continuously. Yes ask him, could be your recepticles are just bad and need to be replaced. I'm not a sparky, I'm a refrigeration mechanic, we know more, but don't tell him that, they are quite sensitive lol. Actually I'm kidding and yes consult an electrician, they know what is the magical mystery tour of wonderment AKA the code lol.

I have melted the multi plug adapters but all my stuff is on surge protectors now
I don't think the surge protector will stop that. I had a 1000w and a 400w on a timer plugged into one and all that shit burned up. Divi all your shit up on separate breakers so you don't burn the place down. I have to redo all mine this summer. I ran it for a few years like that and I got lucky.
