Flowering nutes after transplant in COM soil?

Hey yall. I transplanted my weedies into their final 7 gallon fabric pots outside. They're looking pretty good. I am using Coast of Maine Stonington (were in ffof for veg, just didn't really like the consistency of the soil) I'm aware that it is a super soil and in 7 gallon pots, you shouldn't need to fertilize for 45ish days, but does that take into account for flowering / veg stage? Basically, my girlie are showing the beginning signs of flowerinf (stretching, little pistils forming in the center) and I just don't know if I should wait to give them some bloom blend. I have the FF bloom liquid nutes ( I believe it's like 2 8 4 NPK) and just don't know if that is going to be too much in fresh COM soil, but still wanna make sure they get their phosphorus. If I did half strength that's only a 1 on the nitrogen, so I don't know how much that would affect it. This is my first grow. Thanks in advance I tried searching but couldn't find an answer so I'm sorry if this is a repeat topic
