flowering plant lights left on for 4 extra hours , HELP D:

Hello , my plant has been flowering for almost 3 weeks and I forgot to turn of the lights so instead of turning them off at 6.30am I turned them off until 10.30am so I was thinking of leaving them turned of until 10.30PM then turning them off at 6.30am so that they go back to their normal schedule . Please help ? Am I doing the right thing ? Let me know . Thanks in advance

Some extra light is ok- just not great. As long as it was a continuous light with the extra time- you should be fine. its interupting the dark period that lead to problems.

i think your ok.

buy a timer...and if it only happens a couple times your fine
