Flowering plants

right now where i am at i am working with a few nice outdoor plants and the daylight is 13 hours 56 minutes right now i have a few indica and a few sativa o was wondering when they may start showing sex keep in ming there all out door please leave some feed back

there are charts online that tell you sunruse and sunset for your local area. your plant will start flowering when the days get shorter than 12 hours

That's the only way I know of that you could know when it flowers.
